We take the road again reaching for the coastline known as skeleton coast: the most dangerous sea where you could see many shipwreck. Unfortunately just one remain from 2008. All the others went with the sea or got cleared out by the municipality. We reached our first destination: shores of Cape Cross where we will experience one of the most ( I am sorry!) disgusting moment ( sight, sound and smell): olives-coloured seals on full giving birth period. I promise you, you don't want to see that (and I use to love them on TV!)

We made then our way to the old German town called Swakopmund. This was a very choking moment for 2 things...
1/We have been on the road for over a moment in Africa, living with tribes time to time, and here we are arriving in a city all made in concrete, with more German/Afrikaans than Africans.
2/ the temperature: we have to wear jumpers! It's around 45 degrees on sun but with a very strong and cold wind at around 18 degrees. The best weather to get sunburn...!
It was a wonderful 3 days as a lot of activities were on offer with very good prices. We finally went for sand boarding (the best sport ever. We had sooo mush fun! I will now join Cyril on snowboarding in winter. Mat, Audrey, this is for you!) and quad on the dunes ( Cyril was the happiest man on earth...and me?! Well once was enough!).
We ended the day with an awesome barbecue, meat feast and punch à gogo. The next day most of the group went for Skydiving. Well we went there... As the "support team" and paparazzi!
